Some of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· Having purchased places on one of our training programmes
· To receive email updates on future training events
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
· Eventbrite.co.uk website which handles many of our course booking applications and payment.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
· Contact you via email with course joining instructions and post course
Information packs.
· Deal with any questions and or issues you have regarding course enquiries, bookings or other general matters.
· Include you in our quarterly email newsletters.
We do not share this information with any organisation or individuals.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your personal information within secure digital customer database software which is password protected.
The software is stored on computer equipment operated by Company Directors and contractors which are also password protected.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
